First time coming here but will be back. Noah our waiter was perfect knew exactly when to check on us. I believe the manager was also checking in service was outstanding our dinner was exceptional. As it was my wife's birthday this hidden gem was the perfect end to our day. I highly recommend coming here

I dont actually have words to describe how great it was. You should go and find out for yourself. Incredible. The drinks were on point (spicy Bloody Mary), the service was beyond expectations, the Sesame, Mozzarella, Asparagus Tempura is dangerously good and the pan seared Green Goyza were incredible. The sushi was the best best in Springfield, yes the best. I said it and I stand behind it. My wife said the cheesecake was better than any she'd ever had in New York City. Definitely worth the 110 mile drive. Thank you for a great meal and a great evening.

The staff is amazing here, Our waiter made the experience incredibly, Christian was so hospitable, kind, personable and so attentive. Ashlyn was so nice and welcoming. The food and atmosphere was wonderful too. definitely going back...

Went here for my birthday dinner and I loved it. Nice clean restaurant, delicious food, server was kind and accommodating. Perfect spot for a date night. Will be coming back!

This place is great! Helpful staff, excellent decor and lighting, and amazing food. Everything down to the finest details are all on point. Kai after Dark is at the top of their game.

Fantastic sushi and appetizers. Worth what you pay. Our waiter, James, was very professional and cordial. He got us everything we needed and answered all of our questions about the food. Even during rush hour from students coming from a local prom dance, they stuck with our reservation and served us in a decent amount of time.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Kai, and I can honestly say it was one of the best restaurant experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by how beautiful and perfectly curated the atmosphere was modern yet warm, elegant but still inviting. The lighting, the decor, and even the music set the perfect tone for a relaxed and memorable evening But let’s talk about the sushi because wow. Every piece was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared. You could taste the quality in every bite. The highlight for me, though, was without a doubt the Drunken Tiger Roll. It was absolutely phenomenal packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and just the right balance of bold and delicate. I seriously haven’t stopped thinking about it since. What really made the night even more special was the service. The hostess greeted us with such genuine warmth, and the servers were attentive, kind, and clearly passionate about making sure we had a great experience. You could tell they really cared checking in at the right moments, making thoughtful recommendations Kai isn’t just a place to eat it’s a place to savor amazing food in a beautiful setting, with people who truly love what they do. I can’t wait to go back.

Delicious sushi for all sushi lovers! Friends had the ramen which was tasty too. The Mozzarella wrapped asparagus did not disappoint! Good service overall. Only concern was they sat us in a corner by the door as a reservation and there was a cold breeze everytime someone walked in when other tables not near the door were available. Excellent food though.
